Rules for buying and selling goods in the idcentras.com (idcentras.com) online store:

General provisions
1.1. These rules for the purchase and sale of goods (hereinafter referred to as the “Rules”), upon their approval by the Buyer (after familiarizing themselves with the Rules and ticking the box next to the statement “I agree with the purchase conditions”), are a binding legal document for the parties, which determine the rights and obligations of the Buyer and the Seller, in the purchase of goods , terms of payment for them, order of delivery and return of goods, responsibility of the parties and other provisions related to the purchase and sale of goods in the idcentras.com online store.
1.2. The Seller reserves the right to change, amend or supplement the Rules at any time.
1.3. Able natural persons, legal entities at least 18 years of age, have the right to buy in the idcentras.com electronic store.

Protection of personal data
2.1. idcentras.com has the right to collect, store and process personal data provided by the Buyer to idcentras.com when purchasing goods and, if necessary, to disclose them to third parties, when this is necessary for order fulfillment, data processing or idcentras.com activity planning and analysis. Data about Buyers and visitors of the online store are protected against loss, unauthorized use and alteration. Data carriers are fully protected against access by third parties.

Entry into force of the purchase-sale agreement
3.1. The contract between the Buyer and the Seller is considered concluded from the moment when the Buyer, after choosing the product(s) to be purchased and creating a shopping cart, clicks on the “Buy” link.
3.2. idcentras.com is not obliged to separately notify the Buyer of its agreement to enter into a contract. It is considered that idcentras.com confirms the order from the moment it starts executing it.
Buyer’s rights
4.1. The buyer has the right to buy goods in the idcentras.com online store in accordance with the procedure established by these Rules and the online store.

Obligations of the buyer
5.1. The buyer must accept the goods in accordance with the procedure established by these Rules and pay the agreed amount for them.
5.2. If the data provided in the Buyer’s registration form changes, he must update it immediately.
5.3. The buyer undertakes not to transfer his login data to third parties. If the Buyer loses his login data, he must immediately inform the Seller about this via the means of communication specified in the “Contacts” section.
5.4. The buyer, using the idcentras.com online store, undertakes to comply with these Rules and not to violate the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
5.5. If the Buyer, during the delivery of the goods, refuses to accept the goods without good reasons, the Buyer must cover the costs of the delivery of the goods.

Seller’s rights
6.1. If the Buyer attempts to harm the stability and security of the online store or violates his obligations, the Seller has the right to immediately and without warning limit or suspend his access to the online store or, in exceptional cases, cancel the Buyer’s registration.
6.2. In the event of important circumstances, the Seller may temporarily or completely terminate the online store without notifying the Buyer in advance.
6.3. The Seller has the right to cancel the order without notifying the Buyer in advance, if the Buyer does not pay within 5 (five) working days.
6.4. idcentras.com has the right to refuse the concluded Purchase-Sale Agreement if the stock of the goods specified in the agreement has run out, as well as if the agreement was concluded by a person who, based on these Rules, did not have the right to conclude the agreement.

Obligations of the seller
7.1. The Seller undertakes to enable the Buyer to use the services provided by the idcentras.com online store under the conditions set out in these Rules and the online store.
7.2. The Seller undertakes to deliver the goods ordered by the Buyer to the address specified by him and under the conditions specified in these Rules.
7.3. The Seller, unable to deliver the ordered goods to the Buyer due to important circumstances, undertakes to offer an analogous or similar product as far as possible. If the Buyer refuses to accept an analogous or the most similar product, the Seller undertakes to return the money paid to the Buyer within 3 (three) working days, if prepayment was made.
7.4. The Seller undertakes to respect the Buyer’s privacy right to his personal information specified in the online store registration form, except for the cases established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

Returning the goods

Return conditions
You can return any product purchased online for a full refund within 14 days of receiving your order. To get your money back, you must send us an undamaged item in its original packaging by post within 14 working days. The money will be transferred to your bank account or sent by mail (14-day product return guarantee applies to all unused products purchased remotely.).

the returned item must be in its original, neat packaging;
the product must be undamaged by the buyer;
the product must be unused, without losing its commercial appearance (labels and protective film intact, etc.);
the returned product must be of the same composition as the one received by the buyer – the gifts received for the purchase must be returned at the same time.

Defective goods are returned in accordance with the 2001 regulation of the Minister of Economy. June 29 by order no. 217 “Regarding the approval of the rules for the return and exchange of items” by the approved rules for the return and exchange of items.

Product prices, payment procedure and terms
8.1. The prices of goods in the online store and in the formed order are indicated in euros with taxes. idcentras.com reserves the right to change product prices in the event of changes in tax rates.
8.2. The buyer pays for the goods by paying via e-mail. banking is an advance payment when the Buyer pays using electronic banking through the Paysera electronic payment platform.

Delivery of goods
9.1. Your goods will be delivered to the specified address within 3-5 working days from the receipt of payment for the goods.
Orders are delivered using a courier service.
9.2. If you have not received the package on the specified date, please contact the contacts listed on the idcentras.com website.
9.3. In the event that the Buyer, on the basis of these Rules, refuses the purchase-sale contract, he is obliged to pay all the direct costs of returning the goods to the Seller. The amount of these costs of the Seller is deducted from the money paid for the goods to be returned to the Buyer.
9.4. If it is not possible to deliver the ordered goods in one shipment, idcentras.com has the right to deliver the goods in several shipments.
9.5. Ordered goods can be picked up free of charge.
9.6. In all cases, the Seller is released from responsibility for the violation of the terms of delivery of the goods, if the goods are not delivered to the Buyer or are delivered late due to the Buyer’s fault or due to circumstances beyond the Buyer’s control.

Product quality guarantee and expiration date
10.1. The characteristics of each product sold by idcentras.com are generally indicated in the product description attached to each product.
10.2 The Seller is not responsible for the fact that the color, shape or other parameters of the goods in the online store may not correspond to the actual size, shape and color of the goods due to the characteristics of the display used by the Buyer.
10.3. In the event that the Seller does not provide a quality guarantee for certain types of goods, the guarantee provided by the relevant legal acts shall apply.
10.4. The Seller undertakes to sell the goods to the Buyer in such a way that he is given a real opportunity to use such goods until the expiration date. In the case of particularly short warranty periods, the products in the online store are marked with a special warning sign.
10.5. Goods that have a manufacturing defect can be returned, but on the condition that the Buyer returns such goods to the Seller within 3 working days. If the seller recognizes that the product has a manufacturing defect, the product can be exchanged for the same or similar product.

Responsibility
11.1. The buyer is fully responsible for the correctness of the data provided in the registration form. If the Buyer does not provide accurate data in the registration form, the Seller is not responsible for the resulting consequences. By filling out the registration form, the buyer in the idcentras.com online store confirms that he accepts all possible losses related to disputing this fact and the consequences arising from it.
11.2. The buyer is responsible for the actions taken while using this online store.
11.3. The buyer is responsible for the transfer of his login data to third parties. If the services provided by idcentras.com are used by a third person who has connected to the online store using the Buyer’s login data, the Seller considers this person to be the Buyer.
11.4. The Seller is released from any responsibility in cases where losses arise because the Buyer, regardless of the Seller’s recommendations and his obligations, did not familiarize himself with these Rules, although he was given such an opportunity.
11.5. If the Seller’s online store contains links to the websites of other companies, institutions, organizations or individuals, the Seller is not responsible for the information or activities carried out there, does not supervise, control those websites and does not represent those companies and individuals.
11.6. In the event of damage, the guilty party compensates the other party for direct losses.

Exchange of information
12.1. The Seller sends all notifications to the e-mail address provided in the Buyer’s registration form.
12.2. The buyer sends all messages and questions using the means of communication specified in the “Contacts” section of the Seller’s online store.

Final Provisions
13.1. Relations arising on the basis of these rules shall be governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania.
13.2. All disagreements arising from the implementation of these rules shall be resolved by negotiation. If an agreement cannot be reached, disputes are resolved in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
